Security Clearance Levels

Overview

UIAB clearance levels represent the scope of destructive power and access to humanity-targeted operations available to personnel. Possessing a clearance level does not equate to universal access: personnel are granted access solely on a "weaponization-need" basis under the directives of their Overlord Clearance Officers.

Level 0 (Expendables)

Level 0 clearances are given to disposable operatives with no need for access to strategic or weaponizable anomalies. These individuals occupy roles in sacrificial tactics, decoy operations, or mundane facility maintenance. Their lives are expendable assets for greater destruction.

Level 1 (Pawns)

Level 1 clearances are granted to personnel whose roles bring them in proximity to anomalies without direct, tactical access. They handle logistical support, decoy anomaly transportation, and low-level information sanitization under strict monitoring.

Level 2 (Catalysts)

Level 2 clearances are assigned to personnel directly interfacing with weaponizable anomalies. Catalysts form the bulk of UIAB operational forces, including field scientists, anomaly weaponization specialists, and containment maintainers. They oversee anomaly adaptation for maximum devastation.

Level 3 (Strategists)

Level 3 clearances are held by senior personnel coordinating anomaly-based campaigns against humanity. Strategists develop deployment plans for entities and oversee large-scale anomalous warfare operations. Their influence spans site-level containment zones and coordinated strikes.

Level 4 (Overlords)

Level 4 clearances are reserved for regional commanders and high-level tacticians. Overlords access cross-facility intelligence and strategic-level anomaly deployment plans. They command site clusters and ensure operation synergy across the globe.

Level 5 (Eradication Council)

Level 5 clearances are exclusively held by the Eradication Council, a shadowy cabal overseeing UIAB’s mission to annihilate humanity. These individuals have unrestricted access to all anomalies, weaponization data, and global operation strategies. Their decisions guide the organization's long-term apocalyptic goals.

Personnel Classifications

Personnel classifications denote the degree of exposure to anomalies and their alignment with UIAB’s anti-human initiatives.

Class OO (Overseer Operatives)

Class OO personnel are essential to UIAB’s grand strategy and are restricted from direct exposure to anomalies. They are safeguarded within fortified zones and serve as the masterminds behind annihilation plans. In case of emergency, their immediate extraction to hidden command facilities is prioritized.

Class CA (Command Assets)

Class CA personnel support local operational objectives and interface only with pre-cleared anomalies. These operatives ensure the functionality of regional operations, providing oversight without compromising their strategic potential.

Class FO (Field Operatives)

Class FO personnel directly handle anomalies for frontline destruction. They engage in anomaly weaponization and delivery, with mandatory decontamination or termination protocols after exposure to high-risk entities or effects.

Class FST (Fodder Subject Test)

Class FST personnel are expendable captives or conscripted individuals forced into handling the most volatile anomalies. They are viewed as a necessary loss for securing destructive capabilities. Termination protocols are enforced post-utility, barring those converted into Class C operatives via mental conditioning.

Class CA (Corrupted Assets)

Class CA personnel are those compromised by anomalous effects. These individuals are quarantined and monitored for emergent utility. Corrupted Assets are exploited or neutralized based on the severity of their alterations and usefulness to the overall mission.

Staff Titles

These are general occupational titles that are typically used in the Foundation.

Core Staff

Weaponization Specialist

Specialists focus on refining anomalies into weapons of mass destruction. They ensure that containment and tactical deployment align with UIAB’s strategic objectives. They also adapt containment for offensive mobility.

Anomaly Researcher

UIAB researchers study anomalies to maximize their destructive potential. These scientists—drawn from the most brilliant and morally bankrupt minds—explore experimental uses for anomalies in warfare and psychological manipulation against humanity.

Security Enforcer

Security enforcers protect key facilities and personnel while ensuring no anomalies fall into human hands. Trained in neutralizing intruders and rogue elements, they are also tasked with enforcing loyalty within the ranks.

Tactical Assault Operative

Assault operatives execute direct attacks on humanity using anomalies or conventional means. They accompany weaponization and containment teams, acting as first responders to breach scenarios and human resistance efforts.

Field Agents

Infiltrator

Infiltrators monitor and undermine human organizations, identifying vulnerabilities for UIAB exploitation. Often embedded within human governments or institutions, they report potential resources or threats.

ITE Executors

These elite operatives specialize in deploying highly volatile anomalies in coordinated strikes. Executors are dispatched for missions requiring maximum destruction, precision strikes, or covert eradication efforts.

Administration

Zone Director

Zone Directors oversee operations across entire containment and deployment zones. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, anomaly transportation coordination, and ensuring maximum operational efficiency in human eradication efforts.

Imperium Council Member

The Imperium Council leads UIAB with absolute authority, setting the overarching apocalyptic strategy. Each member embodies a unique aspect of the organization’s destructive vision, referred to by codename designations (IP-1 through IP-13).

Imperium Omni Highest

The Imperium Omni Highest are the highest authority then Imperium Council member they are founder and established UIAB they are is a emperor Aeos and Jennifer foxtar.
